Patricia Raskin is a nationally recognized as multi-media radio talk show host, speaker and author. She is an award winning radio producer and business owner. Host of “The Patricia Raskin Show,” she is an entrepreneurial radio broadcaster and producer who created her brand, markets her own programs to guest/sponsors and helps new hosts create successful radio and podcast programs. Patricia helps her clients deliver their message through her radio and podcast programs and create their own compelling programs.
“The Patricia Raskin Show” is in its tenth year on Cumulus Broadcasting’s WPRO. Her program on voiceamerica.com, in its fifteenth year, airs on voiceamerica.com and on the iTunes and stitcher podcast channels. She was one of the first to create positive radio programs on the internet.
Recognized as the “powerhouse voice” behind lifestyle, health and wellness, inspirational, and personal growth talk radio and a “positive media” pioneer for over three decades, Patricia has been hosting and producing media programs and serving as a catalyst for creating positive change through programs that focus on the positive side of life. She has interviewed over 3,000 guests with the “best of the best” motivational, spiritual, health, and self-improvement experts. Her programs have aired on Fox, PBS and NPR affiliates.
Patricia has interviewed the “best of the best” including Maya Angelou, Gail Sheehy ,Marianne Williamson, Jane Seymour. Jack Canfield, Dr. Memhet Oz, Dr. Andrew Weil, Joan Lunden, ,Mariel Hemingway, Jerry Jampolsky, Dr. John Gray, Shark Tank’s Kevin O’Leary and Doris Kearns Goodwin.
Patricia has also authored Success, Your Dream and You and Pathfinding: 7 Principles for Positive Living, in addition to writing nearly 700 newspaper columns and producing and hosting over 500 television shows and documentaries.
Patricia is a recipient of the 2015 Rhode Island Small Business Administration Award. She received the 2001 Circle of Excellence Media Award from the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Patricia was recognized twice by the Carteret County Council for Women in North Carolina as a Distinguished Woman of the Year in the Arts.
Patricia holds a Bachelors degree from Lesley College and a Masters degree in Counseling from Salem State College. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from the World Coach Institute.
Patricia’s mission as a “positive media pollinator” is to educate, inspire and motivate listeners through guest experts on her own media programs as well as through helping her clients create their own positive programs.
